My qualifications are direct and simple:

my first job after high school was with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. I started in mortgage accounting, plan reviews and property management.

I left CMHC and started my own construction company building over 70 new homes in the area.

As Secretary / Treasurer of the local National Home Builders Association I consulted with industry leaders and civic leaders in all phases of new home construction and development.

Eventually I took my Real Estate license and was the Broker / Owner of my own Real Estate office and member of the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board for 18 years.
I have spent over 45 years in this business. Building, renovating and selling Real Estate has been my lifetime occupation. I know construction from the basement to the attic.
My Inspections are completed in a fashion that is different from most inspectors. I perform one Inspection a day! Most inspectors try for two or three?
1. I do not write ‘on site check box’ reports.
2. My Inspection will take the better part of three hours.
3. I will give you a verbal report when I am done.
4. I return to my office, prepare the written report.
5. We have a further consultation (within 24 hours) and I present my full report with DVD of all significant issues. I explain the issues and offer my expertise usually with the phrase “If this were my house, this is what I would do.”
6. You will pay me only when you are completely satisfied that I have completed my job.
7. I am available, today, tomorrow and even next year if you should need me for further advice.
8. You can become a participant in my client email service for future information concerning real estate.
